Complaints must include the name, contact details and customer identification and description of  complained aspects.

Any complaints related to services and / or products sold by Telecom Call Center, addressed in writing or verbally, will be answered within 30 working days from receipt. Responding to customer complaints will be sent in writing or verbal , depending on the request.

The users' complaints that concern the deficiencies in the operation of telecommunications equipment, shall be resolved in accordance with contractual terms and in accordance with the existing legislation.

If the complaint is not settled in a friendly manner, the customer has the opportunity to address the settlement of disputes by the regulatory authority or by the competent court, as appropriate.
